These people stole rail from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humptulips">Humptulips</a> and tried to recycle it in <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoquiam">Hoquiam</a>. I'm thinking that any potential profit from this theft would have been eaten up by the fuel necessary to move the contriband steel.
